Dear Dick,
Four of us took a ferry to Foxy’s Bar from our cruise stop over at British Tortola. Two of us had visited Foxy’s a couple times before and wanted to return. With me, I carried a photo taken with Foxy seven years before. I wanted him to sign it for me which he graciously did. Then, he showed us the wooden boat the students of Jost Van Dyke are building. It is a wonderful project and I hope they sail it one of these days.
I took some photos of our time there and I’m sending them to you. It would be fun to see them on the web site, but if not, I just want you to have them. The four of us are from New Hampshire in the United States. Our stay at Foxy’s was limited as we had to take the ferry back to West End and a taxi to the dock in Tortola where we boarded our ship to sail on. We enjoyed our day with Foxy and seeing his place and how it has changed since we were last there.
Please give Foxy our best regards and we are wishing everyone on Jost Van Dyke a happy holiday season.
Sincerely,
Dawn M. Clancy
