These Terms & Conditions govern your use of foxysbar.com and purchases made through Foxy’s Tamarind Bar (“Foxy’s,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or purchasing tickets, you agree to these Terms.
Ticket Purchases
Ticket availability is limited and may change without notice. A ticket is not considered purchased until payment has been successfully completed and the order has been confirmed.
Temporary reservations created during checkout do not constitute a completed purchase and may expire if payment is not completed within the reservation period.
All Ticket Sales Are Final
All ticket sales are final.
If your travel plans change or you are unable to attend the event, you are responsible for transferring your tickets to another person where ticket transfer is permitted.
Except where required by applicable law, refunds will not be provided for customer travel changes, scheduling conflicts, missed transportation, accommodation issues, or failure to attend.
Ticket Delivery
Tickets may be delivered electronically by email and, where the customer separately opts in, by SMS.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and maintaining access to the email address or telephone number supplied during checkout.
Ticket Use
Each ticket is valid only for the event and admission level indicated on the ticket.
Tickets may include a unique QR code or other identifier. Duplicate use, reproduction, alteration, resale through unauthorized means, or fraudulent use may result in denial of entry.
Event Changes
Event schedules, performers, entertainment, menus, operating times, and other event details may change without notice.
Where an event is cancelled or materially changed, Foxy’s will determine any applicable ticket remedies subject to applicable law.
SMS Terms
Foxy’s offers optional transactional SMS messaging for customers who voluntarily opt in.
By providing your mobile telephone number and checking the separate SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive SMS messages from Foxy’s Tamarind Bar related to ticket delivery, order confirmations, order updates, and related customer service.
Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Use of those payment services may also be subject to the provider’s own terms and privacy policies.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with website operation, submit fraudulent transactions, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, graphics, photographs, logos, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Foxy’s unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Foxy’s is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, inability to access the website, travel arrangements, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
